Von einem Hard Bounce wird gesprochen, wenn die Email den Empf\u00e4nger definitiv nicht erreicht hat, von einem Soft Bounce, wenn die Email tempor\u00e4r nicht zugestellt werden konnte oder das Postfach \u00fcberf\u00fcllt war. auch Fehlermeldung, die von einem Mailserver automatisch erzeugt wird, wenn eine E-Mail nicht zustellbar ist.
