Dies kann zu einer Bestellung f\u00fchren, kann aber auch eine Anfrage zu mehr Informationsmaterial sein. Response ist nicht Results oder Erfolg    auch     Werbebegriff, der das Verh\u00e4ltnis zwischen erhaltenen Reaktionen und versendeten Exemplaren einer Werbemassnahme beschreibt. Reaktionen, die nicht direkt auf die Werbemassnahme des beworbenen Produktes beziehen, m\u00fcssen dabei abgezogen werden.
