Dabei werden Ineffizienzen entlang der gesamten Wertsch\u00f6pfungskette beseitigt, und so allen Beteiligten ein Nutzen gestiftet, der im isolierten Alleingang nicht zu erreichen w\u00e4re: Optimierung der Versorgungskette von der Herstellung bis zum Verkaufsort (Point of Sale POS) mit dem Oberziel &#8220;h\u00f6herer Kundennutzen&#8221;.    auch     Kundenorientierte und ganzheitliche Betrachtungsweise der Prozesskette, in der alle Beteiligten zusammenarbeiten.
