Meist auch als Data Mining bezeichnet.<br \/>\nEs basiert auf einem sog. Data Warehouse oder mehreren Data Marts als unternehmensweite einheitliche Kundendatenbasis. Hier sind in der Regel enge Verbindungen zu SCM, ERP und weiteren Systemen angesiedelt. Ziel ist es, die Kundenbed\u00fcrfnisse, das Kundenverhalten und den Wert von Kunden prognostizieren zu k\u00f6nnen. Diese dienen als Basis f\u00fcr eine ganzheitliche Steuerung der Kundenkontakte \u00fcber den gesamten Kundenlebenszyklus hinweg. Bei diesen Analysen kann es sich zum Beispiel um Kundensegmentierungen oder \u2013klassifikationen, Analysen des Internetnutzungsverhaltens oder K\u00fcndigungsanalysen handeln.
